At first, T2MD was hard because I had to break my routine and it felt strange not waking up and eating something. But after a week or so, my body adapted, and I started to see the benefits. What is Intermittent Fasting and Why Should You Try The Free 2 Meal Day 7 Day Taster Plan?

Intermittent Fasting is a general term for various eating patterns that involve fasting (not eating) for short periods of time.
