Spanish Chorizo One Pot

Who doesn’t love one-pan dishes? It’s great being able to throw a few ingredients in a pan, do almost no work and get a dish packed full of flavour at the end - with almost no washing up at the end!

  • 150g Smoked Uncooked Chorizo, uncooked, casing removed
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Red Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
  • 200g Chick Peas
  • 200g Chopped Tomatoes
  • Fresh Parsley, to garnish


  • 1. Fry the chorizo in a large frying pan until it releases its oil. Add the onion, red pepper and garlic and cook until softened.
  • 2. Stir in the tomatoes. Season and simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally to break up the tomatoes.
  • 3. Add the beans and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve in a bowl.
