This isn’t just a rebrand. It’s a shift in direction, built around what actually helps with sustainable weight loss for women over 40.
Why the change?
When I first started 2 Meal Day, it was all about showing people that there’s a simpler, more sustainable way to eat — without constantly thinking about food. But as I worked with more women in midlife, I realised they needed more than just meal timing strategies.
They needed a more complete approach — one that looked at hormones, metabolism, stress, mindset, and everything else that plays a role in fat loss after 40.
Never Diet Again came out of that shift — a place where I can focus on what really works, based on what I’ve seen firsthand helping women get meaningful, lasting results without restriction.
What’s new on the site?

2 Meal Day will always be part of my story — and for many people, it’s still a great place to start. But Never Diet Again reflects the work I’m doing now, and the kind of transformation women are looking for.
